These Terms and Conditions outline the policies for reserving and purchasing a Bengal kitten from Pure Bengals T.O. By placing a deposit or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Pricing & Payments
• The standard price for a Bengal kitten is $2,000 CAD, unless otherwise stated.
• A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten.
• The remaining $1,500 balance is due in full on the scheduled pickup date.
• Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price.
• Payments may be made through the options provided on the website or directly through the breeder.
2. Deposit Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
• Once a deposit is received, the kitten is considered reserved and removed from public availability.
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another breeder, person, or litter unless approved by the breeder.
3. Reservation & Availability
• Pure Bengals T.O. reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at any time if it is deemed not in the kitten’s best interest.
• If the breeder cancels a reservation (not the buyer), the deposit will be refunded.
• If the buyer cancels, fails to pick up the kitten, or does not communicate, the deposit is forfeited.
4. Health Guarantee
• The breeder guarantees that each kitten is healthy at the time of sale.
• All age-appropriate vaccinations and routine veterinary care will be up to date before pickup.
• The health guarantee does not cover:
• Illnesses caused by improper care or neglect
• Injuries after pickup
• Illnesses contracted after leaving the breeder’s home
• Costs associated with ongoing or future veterinary care
5. Buyer’s Responsibilities
After pickup, the buyer is responsible for:
• Continued vaccinations
• Routine and emergency veterinary care
• Proper diet, housing, and overall care
• Ensuring the kitten’s safety and well-being
The breeder is not responsible for any costs incurred after the kitten leaves the premises.
6. Pickup Policy
• Pickup must occur on the agreed-upon date.
• If the buyer cannot pick up on the scheduled day, arrangements must be made in advance.
• Failure to pick up without communication may result in forfeiture of the deposit and rehoming of the kitten.
7. Registration & Paperwork
• All kittens come with full veterinary paperwork.
• TICA registration paperwork will be provided when applicable.
8. Breeder Rights
Pure Bengals T.O. reserves the right to:
• Refuse a sale if the home is not suitable
• Cancel a sale at any time before pickup (breeder-initiated cancellations will be refunded)
• Change policies at any time, with updated terms posted on the website.
9. No Breeding Rights
If not purchasing breeding rights:
• Kittens are sold as pets only.
• Spaying/neutering is required by the agreed age.
10. Agreement
By placing a deposit or purchasing a kitten from Pure Bengals T.O., the buyer acknowledges that they:
• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
• Agree to follow all policies listed above.
• Accept full responsibility for the kitten after pickup.
This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may be considered. By placing a deposit or purchasing a kitten, you agree to the following terms.
1. Deposits
• All deposits are 100% non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferred to a future litter only at the breeder’s discretion.
• If the breeder cancels the sale (not the buyer), the deposit will be refunded.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
Breeder-Initiated Refunds
A full refund will be provided if:
• The breeder must cancel the sale for any reason
• The kitten becomes unavailable due to health or unforeseen circumstances before pickup
No Refunds for Buyer-Initiated Cancellations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
• The buyer changes their mind
• The buyer no longer wants or cannot take the kitten
• The buyer fails to pick up the kitten on the agreed date
• The buyer becomes unresponsive or cancels for personal reasons
3. Returns After Pickup
Once the kitten leaves Pure Bengals T.O., all sales are final.
However, in certain situations the breeder may accept the kitten back under these conditions:
• The kitten must be returned within 72 hours
• The kitten must be in the same health condition as at pickup
• A vet report may be required
No refunds will be given for returned kittens.
If the breeder chooses to accept the kitten back, it is considered a voluntary surrender and the breeder may rehome the kitten at their discretion.
4. Health-Related Returns
• Each kitten is guaranteed healthy at the time of sale.
• If a serious, life-threatening congenital condition is diagnosed within the 72-hour period, the buyer must:
• Provide a written veterinary report
• Allow the breeder to consult with the diagnosing veterinarian.
If verified, the buyer may receive one of the following at the breeder’s discretion:
• A replacement kitten from the next available litter
• Or another resolution mutually agreed upon
No cash refunds will be issued for health-related claims.
5. Aftercare & Responsibility
Once the kitten leaves the breeder:
• The buyer assumes full responsibility for all veterinary costs.
• Illnesses resulting from exposure, negligence, improper care, or accidents are not covered.
• The breeder is not responsible for any future medical expenses, behavioral issues, or training needs.
